Office Space For Rent: Located on the second floor at 409 Shrewsbury St. this sunny, quiet, 140 sq. ft.corner room has three windows and an entry foyer. The rent is $300 per month, which includes heat, hot water and electricity. In the photo below, the room is located on the upper right side of the building.

We're dedicated to the East Side!

The Worcester East Side Community Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization founded in 1987 through the joint efforts of residents of the East Side and the East Side Neighborhood Crime Watch. Our boundaries include Franklin Street, Summer Street, Shrewsbury Street, Plantation Street, and Lincoln Street. Our Board of Directors is composed of residents and business owners from the neighborhoods we serve. Located near downtown, Route 290, and the newly renovated Union Station, the Worcester East Side CDC is easy to reach. Need directions?
